For someone had carried them to a very unfamiliar place by their mouths!!!! I walked out to see Lui the Lion face down on the putting green in the backyard today. Miller circled and while he thought he was alone...went in for the kill. Who really tried to carry Lui the Lion and Mike the Mouse out of Amelia's Pac and Play and to a scary place? Miller Lite???? Hazel May?? or the old innocent Indi?

"One Hot Mama"
This passed weekend was a wonderful get away! Ali and I packed up the trailer and headed Southeast to Indio (Palm Desert area.) We met up with Jim and Carolyn in their RV and Terry and Cliff in their RV and made our way to Stagecoach!!!! That was Thursday. After moving the trailer and RV's into different positions we settled in a big U shape. Goldie only being 21' long, I was able to parallel park her in front of our 3 spaces. We set up a great patio area in the middle with carpets, table, chairs and awnings with big lights. We enjoyed lots of spirit that night. We even walked around till after 3am meeting new red necks and enjoying their spirit. It was only suppose to be a dog walk, but Carolyn, Jim and I kept going. I was feeling the earth move that night!!! Boy oh boy! Friday we relaxed and headed out later to meet my newest fav....Mike Ness. He has a fabulous voice!!!! Shooter Jennings was good too! The Eagles played what might be their last performance. I doubt it. Saturday we relaxed till 2pm headed to the festival, ate an ice cream, realized how hot it was and headed back to the trailer. We ventured back out around 4pm. It was lots of fun. Dierks Bentley was my favorite that night!!!! Sunday, oh Sunday Mr. Trace Adkins sang "One Hot Mama." He's a hottie!!! His voice is amazing!!! I think that'll be my theme song this year:) Big and Rich were crazy fun!!! I love them and would see them again and again!!! Tim, sorry to say was a little sad looking, more sick looking. I wasn't impressed. Overall the weekend was great! Yeah, it was HOT, so we had dirty feet, had to share the bathroom with flies, vacuumed up pee, but the country bands were incredible, the companionship was lots of fun and crazy:) and I got to spend 4 days in Red Neck Heaven!!!! My First Greek Festival 5-4-08
Dad, Vinnie and I went on a trip to Greece today and they were cooking this big lamb over an open flame. Wasn't that what I saw at the farm with Auntie Sarah-ummm looks tasty too bad Mom wasn't here so I could have some later. Mom was listening to country music in Indio this weekend, so Dad and I went everywhere together. There was also some older kids dancing holding the Greek flag and hands they were really having fun.

A trip to the farm.
Hi its Auntie Sarah!
Today I got to spend the most wonderful day with Amelia! We went to the farm to see the baby animals. Here Amelia got to see, hear, feel and smell the animals! Although she didn't taste any, I'd be lying if I said none tasted her. (don't tell mommy, we must have our secrets).
She liked the roosters and goats and went from confused to smiles when the calves moo-ed.
She was very pensive at times. I would have loved to know what went through her mind!
Here are some photos of our day. It was hard to take pictures with one hand, while holding her and trying to get everything in the shot. Most were unsuccessful, but a few made it!
We stayed until the giant bottle come out and then lunch was on the mind!
I love this little girl! Being her aunt is such a special gift!

I sensed someone was sneaking up on me! Then there it was! I goat. He liked me alot. Auntie Sarah thinks he has creepy eyes.
